Road Trip to Baguio City Philippines

I've been dreaming of going to Baguio Driving my own car, that dream happened not once but twice for two consecutive weeks. I'm happy because the traveling time to Baguio from the Metro lesser now compare before the traveling hours including a stop over is 8  hours but now only 5 hours or lesser.

So what makes my Baguio trip special beside of having my friends beside me is that we slept in my car and that is the amazing experience not because we don't have money to rent a room but that time no rooms available, that is why we decided to park my car in Burnham Park. I think this is a tip for people on a budget when traveling. We just pay 20 pesos for the parking.

If you think of where you can take a bath or use a comfort room, in Baguio there are a lot of public clean comfort, you just have to pay  Not more than 20 pesos it depends on what you will do.

Aside from the upcoming Panagbenga Festival in Baguio, what to do and where to go in Baguio.

When we arrived in Baguio, I've parked my car and we went to Baguio's popular market, where you can buy second clothes, shoes and a lot more, some Baguio souvenirs item and shirts, other things to do in Baguio Night Market is food trip, you can try their famous beef mami, other street food like binatog, ihaw ihaw, balot, fishballs and a lot more.

When in Baguio, there are a lot of restaurants that are open 24/7. But what is popular in Baguio beside from the usual fastfood chain we have in the Metro is the Pizza Volante.
Open 24 hours.

How about the places that are common when visiting Baguio?

Strawberry Farm at La Trinidad Benguet

PMA

The Mansion

Burnham Park

And most important is the Baguio Cathedral (Our Lady of Atonement Cathedral).

So, if you can drive your car and have a courage and determination to travel. I suggest you go and make it adventurous experience.

See you again next time. Hope you guys enjoy reading my post.
