Who would have thought that meals can be both healthy and yummy? Well, here’s a basket full of PEQISH goodies to prove that. PEQISH is a food company that prepares food using Science to be able to create a healthier meal for everyone. As what their tagline says, it’s FOOD CREATED BY DOCTORS AND CHEF.

Canada has been my new home for more than nine months now since I migrated here last October 2018. For the first two weeks here, I just roamed around to familiarize myself and to explore some places accessible by the train and by the metro buses like English Bay and Canada Place. After that, I’ve had to work to support my lifestyle in this country. I am currently residing at the City of Vancouver, British Columbia where there are a lot of beautiful places that you must visit. Places like Squamish, Whistler, Victoria and Kelowna are just some that should be on top of your list. So, when my sister, residing in Toronto, got the chance to book a flight and visit me, she planned to go on a one-day road trip here. We decided to be close with nature and visit beautiful lakes and majestic falls around Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton.

We started the road trip early and departed from our house around 06:30 on a Saturday morning of 15th June 2019. Since I have not been to those places, even if I am the driver :), I am very much excited to tour around and to do what I love doing – traveling.

Our very first out of the country together! All were very excited with our 5D4N trip to Taiwan. Our May 2018 flights were booked last September 2017 via Cebu Pacific. We got them on a seat sale! According to our source, Visas will be lifted for Filipino passport holders by November 2017. True enough, we were able to visit Taiwan without the need to have a visa. As far as I know, Taiwan is still a visa-free country until July 2019.

Who does not want to stay fit while still eating yummy foods? Everyone wants to achieve their dream “beach bodies” without the need to settle to tasteless diet foods. But, HOW? That is the question. Picking the right snacks to help you stay in shape can be difficult and hard to find. Making the wrong choice can undo a healthy diet and leave you unable to reach your fitness goals.

So what’s the right choice? Fiber.

This is my first time to attend an event in another country. Most of my out of the country trips are for vacation, but since I was invited, I grabbed the opportunity. Why not? It could be another awesome experience for me. We were composed of five bloggers from the Philippines to join the event regarding US Pulses. From my previous posts, I detailed about what pulses are, how can we benefit from it, and the ways to prepare and to cook the “superfoods” including the sample food demo. This time, I will summarize all the activities happened during my three days and two nights stay in Bangkok, Thailand.

In our recent event in Bangkok, Thailand, we had a chance to know about PULSES including the foods which use these as ingredients and even got to experience preparing and cooking one healthy dish. This is your ultimate complete guide on how to prepare and to cook these “SUPERFOODS” in a variety of ways.

DID YOU KNOW! PULSES also known as “SUPERFOODS” are healthy, a partner for food security, and good for the environment!

" One day at a time - this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering." - Anonymous
