The Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta never fails to bring its audience exciting surprises. Their home is at the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) grounds within Clark Freeport, Pampanga. The scheduled date of hotair balloon fiesta was held last February 12 to 15th of 2009. For the next year hotair balloon fiesta it will be on February 11 to 14th of 2010.
