Visit Ozamiz will be launch by the office of the City Tourism along with the city government as the program for this month of October.  The program is geared to show as to why the city is tagged as the cultural, historical and pilgrimage site of Misamis Occidental.

Why should you visit Ozamiz? Because Ozamiz is known for having a good number of historical sites with religious value; one of these is the pipe organ that is currently housed at the Immaculate Concepcion Cathedral.  The Cotta Shrine located beside the historical fort is recognized by Pope Francis as one miraculous site during his Philippine visit.  The El Fuerte de Cotta or Cotta Fort is a wrapped in a miraculous story. One must visit are the bells at Mt.Bucayan for the value of its story around it.   Present also and commonly visited are the Carmelite Home and the Divine Mercy Church.

Pampanga is our country's Culinary Capital, who would disagree with that? I'm sure all of us will agree, most of the restaurant in Pampanga serves a different taste of good food. Most people who traveled from the north before they went back to Manila they usually go in Pampanga to taste the variety of Pampanga dishes and to have something to buy as presents for their loved ones.

I'm very happy that again I've invited for a food crawl in Pampanga, this not new to me, I was able to taste the food in a different restaurant in Pampanga as part of the yearly food crawl. But what is so special for my recent Pampanga food crawl? because of this time, I was able to meet the well-known chef being the institution in Pampanga's Culinary.

As a traveler aside from visiting places, buying pasalubong (present) is always on my list of what to do. It is my tradition to bring gifts from the place that I’ve visited back home, it is either a food or delicacies from that place and a souvenir item.

From my recent trip which is in Cebu City Philippines, whenever I had a chance to buy pasalubong I always grab that opportunity. But before giving you an idea where to buy pasalubong in Cebu City, I would like to first thank Weather Philippines Foundation for allowing me to extend my stay in Cebu City to tour around the city and to have more time to buy pasalubong and also our official airlines from our last trip, Cebu Pacific.

" One day at a time - this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering." - Anonymous
