NEWS ALERT: ASUS Philippines just finished their three-part workshop series, which focuses on empowering and giving people necessary tips and aids for their life passions they want to pursue.


ASUS Philippines successfully concluded the Incredible Workshop Series. Three-leg Workshop Series was facilitated by Industry Mavens Victor Basa, RJ Ledesma, and Jason Magbanua.

The event was the last of three legs of the series that aimed to inspire and empower respective workshop attendees to take that big leap towards their life’s passions—particularly fashion and lifestyle blogging, starting a business, and video editing and wedding filmmaking. All three legs were hosted by a luminary from fashion, business, and wedding videography industry.


Celebrity Style Blogger Victor Basa talks about the path towards discovering personal style.

The first leg of the Incredible Workshop Series was held last May 24 at the Century Mall Events Center in Makati City and was hosted by premier actor, model, host and blogger Victor Basa who shared his journey to self-expression in fashion through his personal experience as a style blogger. Basa talked about finding the right inspiration towards personal style, and as well as the value of having the necessary and reliable tools to be used in his profession — particularly the ASUS Zenbook (UX305).

Basa believes that the ASUS Zenbook is integral to his true personal flair—the notebook’s sleek exterior, superior power and battery life, and breathtaking picture and video quality effortlessly compliments the fashion blogger’s mobile and stylish lifestyle.


Multi-hyphenate entrepreneur RJ Ledesma inspires the audience to create their own recipe for startup success.

Furthermore, the second leg, held last June 2 at the same venue, was hosted by entrepreneur, author, and columnist RJ Ledesma. Ledesma, who founded the successful and pioneering food market Mercato Centrale and a host of other night food markets, plied the audience with insightful tips about finding the right recipe for a successful business start-up, and about his secret weapon, the Vivobook (TP301).

Ledesma swears by the Vivobook’s innovative flexibility—almost literally, as the notebook impressively rotates through a 360-degree hinge, allowing Ledesma to work, surf and present ideas to potential business partners however way and from whatever angle he needs and wants to.

Ending the three-leg ASUS Incredible Workshop Series is Jason Magbanua—who came fresh from documenting the weddings of celebrity “It Girls” Georgina Wilson and Solenn Heussaff—was an inspiring session on wedding video storytelling. In his presentation, Magbanua stressed the importance of timing, of always approaching from a fresh perspective, and of having the best tools, like the ever reliable ASUS Zenbook (UX305) and Vivobook (TP301).
